Mike manages the group's core operations to ensure that the schools IT needs are being addressed in a timely manner and ensuring customer satisfaction. His assignments include researching emerging technologies, managing CEE's infrastructure, vendor relations, license compliance, server management, and virtualization technology. He also assists with general helpdesk issues as needed.
